Help Save Moms Taxi

My health is not good, I have pericardial effusion, sleep apnea, degenerative disk disease (2 neck surgeries) and I rely on my car to get to appts,  I'm a caregiver to a vietnam vet/POW who has appts at LBVA. I'm also transportation for my daughters and grandson. One of my daughters used to take the bus but was attacked and I refuse to take that chance again. My car has some major issues, and I can't afford the repairs. My car needs:
Valve cover gasket (Leaking pretty bad), power steering pump and the motor mounts need to be changed
Selling it to get another car isn't an option, I need to work with what I have. At the moment I'm unable to drive to visit my mom on kidney dialysis (She needs my help at times) and my sister who has brain cancer.
