Dignity for a Hero in Guardianship

Tim Lahrman was a brilliant genius whom I believe will go down in History as a modern day Martin Luther King, Jr.  that envisioned "Freedom Riders" and was a man ahead of his time, a modern day Joseph or Lazarus, who had a dream, much like World changers before him. He was sold out like "Joseph" by his brother into slavery aka guardianship for 30 years until the date of his death right at the pinnacle of success with over a million dollars earned from an automotive business he created--making himself a target of those intent to steal it.
His brother took everything he owned before leaving him with no right to vote, work, or do anything a competent adult can do and with no way out besides death for 30 years.  Tim was dead in the law, but he dedicated himself to free other disabled and elderly people in guardianship by mastering the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to free prisoners wrongfully separated from families and drugged to death in nursing homes.  I personally buried the mothers of my clients in the first two guardianships I took and before that I had never lost a case because I worked for the top 5% of attorneys in Texas as a ghost. I literally came out of nowhere because no one knew I existed and blonde hair was a good disguise, making these board certified crooks deem me too stupid to beat them. I actually concedee that point because it wasn't my intellect at all, but the brilliance of the Holy Spirit, going before me and making every crooked path straight--and a little help from my friends, whom nobody would ever think could do this. Tim was one such friend and who would think an "incapacitated" ward of the State could teach a lawyer the ADA by studying the Statute and cases interpreting it for 30 years, while a hostage of the State himself? It's absurd really and mocks those who think themselves great. Tim was humble and when I expressed my deep gratitude to him for helping me understand his vision as we formed "The Foundation for Elder Justice" and prepared to file class actions across the United States, he said "Candice, I am only an instrument." He is right and the same is true of each of us. He was a brain, I am merely a mouth and a big one. They were somewhat right, but they had no idea that I may be stupid but I have genius friends and a trump card--God had my back.
How do they do this? Crooked money hungry doctors whose lust for money causes them to sell them out and with a stamp of approval from a Dr, the deal is done. Tim's genius will change the World. He leaves behind his faithful girlfriend of 26 years. Right as Tim and I formed the Foundation for Elder Justice and the day I told him I had money to send him for his work, he suffered a massive heart attack and stopped breathing, leaving him with no brain activity. It happened in a second and Cindy tried to save him with CPR only to have 72 hours before being told he's gone. Tim supported Cindy, but had no savings and only minimal income to get by each month. I am pledging $2500 and plan to write his story and send her the royalties. Until then, Cindy really needs support for basic things like rent and food. The couple are in financial difficulty due to the bills from this awful tragedy and any amount you give will help ease the suffering. Give to the memory and honor Tim Lahrman for all he has done and will do for others. His memory will live on. Thank you, Candice Schwager
