Help With Twincesses Necessities

Please help us with our twin girls. My fiancée Chantel, I, and our two boys welcomed a new addition to the family last year. A beautiful daughter named Rebel. We both worked full time. Chantel worked and breastfed during this time. She was also on birth control. Everything was working out wonderfully for us until she hurt her back at work. Her hours got cut but we were still able to make things work with raising our 3 children. Then Chantel had x-rays done on her back and found out she would need surgery soon. A few days later is when she found out she was pregnant. She quickly made a doctors appointment to see how far a long she was. To our suprise we found out not only was she pregnant before she got hurt but now we are expecting twins. Well now Chantel is on strict bed rest in constant pain from her back with nothing to provide relief. Since Chantel can not work or have her back fixed until the twins are born we are really strapped for the funds we need for our twin girls. We need car seats to bring them home. Cribs, high chairs, strollers, and most importantly we now need to move in to a place so our 3 girls can have a room and our two boys can have a room so we also need help with a deposit on a new place. Since we have a total of 5 kids now we will also need some money towards a bigger car to fit us all. We only have till November to get all this in order. We have desperately been trying to do it ourselves but with constant E.R visits due to back pain and early contractions we feel we are running out of time to save up the money we need. Phoebe and Stormy our twins can come any day as they are in position and appear to be ready. Without at least car seats we can not bring our sweet girls home. This would devastate us as Chantel plans to breastfed and can't do so if they are stuck in the hospital. All we really need is some help getting our twins the things they need until Chantel can get better and back to work full-time. If you can find it in your heart to give a little something is better then nothing. We have always been the type of people who give and help out so it's hard for us to ask for help but we really need it right now.
