This is more difficult than I thought. I'm always the one people come to for help, not the other way around. But, here I am...asking for help.
In May 2007, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was May 24th to be exact, I had just picked my son up from school when I received the call from the doctor. I was devastated. But, I did what I had to do and in October, I had surgery and I was considered cancer free. After several weeks of chemo and radiation, things were looking good. And while my life would never be the same, I still had MY LIFE!
3 weeks ago, again while in the company of my son, I heard the words I had prayed I would never Today I completed my 10th round of radiation and I started accupuncture. I am asking for financial assistance so that i can cover the cost of all of my medical procedures that the insurance will not cover..which is significant. I may not be able to continue working and I don't want to burden my husband with all these bills. I promise that i will do everything within power to pay it forward! Thank you and God Bless!
