Defend Your High Plant Counts

Who I am.
I am a Colorado physician specializing in high plant counts medical recommendations.
What I am raising money for.
The Colorado constitution gives patients the right to possess up to 99 plants. Higher plant counts are often needed to grow sufficient quantities of the more effective, medical grade medicine patients need. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Colorado Board of Medical Examiners and law enforcement are collaborating to stop physicians from recommending high plant counts. Shutting down these specialized physician practices has a chilling effect on the physician's ability to continue meeting patient's high plant count needs. These actions force patients into the highly taxed recreational marijuana market at much higher cost. Unfortunately patients who need a higher plant count for their medication will soon be unable to get it. As a result of the State's efforts to deprive patients of the much needed medical services we offer, our clinical practice has been temporarily closed.
How the money will be used.
Please support my endeavor take the legal steps necessary to aggressively fight the State's actions and preserve the rights of all Coloradans to obtain the quality medicine they need.
How soon I need the funds.
As quickly as possible
Why this means so much to me.
The State is covertly making backroom deals with law enforcement and the Medical Board, without the input of patients or citizens, to impose 'workaround' restrictions to the Colorado constitution. Preserving our constitutional liberty to possess up to 99 plants and Coloradans fight to uphold our constitutional rights is a cause we can all support.
How thankful I will be.
Prevailing in this case keeps the promise of constitutional protections and benefits for Colorado citizens intact.
