Help Us Make A Child Smile This Christmas in Belize!
Background
In 2015... our Church participated in a Missions Trip to Punta Gorda, Belize and worked with a ministry there called The Toledo Christian Faith Outreach Center. This Church and their pastor, Victor Hernandez... have a tremendous outreach to both Children and Adults in this poor Central American town. The Outreach Center reached literally HUNDREDS of Children each year and gives them God's Word as well as tangible things like food and clothing. Each Christmas... they bring in Children from all over the region for a large Christmas Meal... games and fun and each child gets ONE (1) present. For most of these children... its the ONLY Toy that they will get at all!
Our Opportunity
Pastor Victor has asked for our Assistance this year to help provide ONE TOY for each of the Children who will come to this event! Someone might ask... "Why can't the Outreach Center just purchase the toys? Why do we here in America need to do this?". Simply... they have no funds to do this. This is a very poor country and most barely survive as it is. TOYS for Children are luxuries and not something that is a reality for most. With our generous and selfless donation of toys... these kids will feel loved and enjoy the JOY of Christmas along with the Message of where REAL JOY comes from... from JESUS!
How do we help?
ONE $10 Toy is all it takes! Seriously... if you would make the effort to buy ONE $10 toy or TWO $5 toys... get them to us in the months of October / November...thats all it takes! If you would rather donate $10 or more for toys and we will buy them... that works too!
You can bring your toy(s) to the Faith Fellowship Offices located at 24 S. Main St. in Johnstown or you can bring them to Church any Sunday. If you would rather... call us and we can pick them up at your location.
If you would like to donate MONEY... you can donate via our GO FUND ME Page or you can mail your check (made out to Faith Fellowship Church) to 24 S. Main St. Johnstown, OH 43031. Make sure you designate your donation for TOY DRIVE 2017
