Yurick Family Legal Fund

This campaign was created to help raise money for the Yurick Family. A hard working Canadian family who always helped those around them. Recently, due to slow economy, Dave Yurick lost his business, which supported his family. Dave has never turned down a friend in need, has always supported local and national causes, and never asked for anything in return.

A few weeks ago, Dave was served with a lawsuit by one of his neighbours. The suit alleges that excessive noise from Dave's property has caused mental anguish and emotional damage to his neighbour's cows. The plaintiff is seeking $25,000 in restitution. These accusations are baseless, and nothing more than the latest attempt by a "bad" neighbour to get the Yurick's to move.

The Yurick’s have consulted a lawyer and gathered evidence which proves their innocence, but lack the funds to properly defend themselves. Local by-law officials, city councillors, and police services have exonerated the Yurick's from any wrong doing.
