Help care for William after surgery

William needs spine surgery. He is 18months old and was born with Spina bifida. For those that do not know; spina bifida is a birth defect that happens when the spine does not form properly. When he was 1 day old he had spine surgery to close the spine. He has had a shunt placement, shunt repair work done, achilies tendon release, and shunt replacement. this will be his 6th surgery. It is a 6hr procedure where they open his back up to cut the nerves away from the scar tissue. The recovery time is 3-5 days in the hospital and 2-3 weeks at home.  We can't afford to take time off work. He is a smart, funny bright child who loves to laugh and play outside. He may not walk but that has not slowed this child down.  We are asking for help so that one of us can stay home while he recovers from this serious surgery. It has been schedule for the 19th of April, any help would be appreciated.
