Chronically Ill Gal Needs To Get Home

Hi Y'all - I'm a REALLY sweet (and humble, clearly ;)) woman who is desperate need of financial help to get my entire life, including my car, a nearly new hospital style bed, my beloved camera, clothing, shoes, furniture, etc... from DC to MN. I'm here because for the last 10 years, I've been struggling with a chronic illness that causes me near constant, chronic nausea, vomiting and debilitating pain. It's a rare, incurable condition called gastroparesis (stomach paralysis) and you can learn more about it here: http://g-pact.org. We think I got it because of a messed up surgery. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move from my last home quickly and decided that it was best if I just come back home for a few weeks, and then I'd head back to DC to resume life. That plan changed when I received letters in the mail from my doctors (i.e., the people who determine my quality of life) saying that they were no longer going to be treating patients with my condition (they are concentrating on end of life pain mgmt) and that my primary care doctor would be moving to Kenya. It pretty much sealed the deal that going back to DC is not an option...so here I am...in Minnesota, without many of the things I desperately need and no way to get them here because I don't have the money to pay for the move.
Could you help? Please?
After checking into UHaul and a major shipping website, it appears that it will cost me somewhere near $4400 for a truck, car hauler, flights out for a driver, movers on both sides and getting in to storage on this side.
I'm on Social Security (I used all my savings during the 19 months it took for me to get SSDI coverage, finally)....need I say more?
Any help you can offer would TRULY be a blessing to me and my family! Please help this sistah out! =)
And for the record...God has made this abundantly clear that THIS is where He wants me. Between the doctor situation, nearly all of my close friends either moving or getting married (thus lack of support system), things happening with my jewelry - you really SHOULD check it out - and so many things happening... there is no doubt I'm here for good...just need help getting 'Here'.
