Accumulated expenses

I hesitate to set this gofundme up. Over the course of the past two years I have acumulated unpaid bills and debts. I have kidney failure and I receive dialysis 3 times a week and I am unable to work. I hesitate because I know that things are difficult for alot of people, and I wish I had some other way of paying these debts. However I am at my end, at the point where bills are coming on top of bills and I do not see a way out from under.  I owe money to people who have helped me out but are now in difficult straits themselves. I owe money for tuition, and I don't know if my children will be able to go to school next year. Things have reached a breaking point and I am helpess in the face of these debts. I am asking anyone who can help me pay down these debts to please give what they can. Any money raised will go directly toward the payent of a bill. I thank anyone and everyone who helps with this and may God bless us so that there are no more financial difficulties.
