Maria "Mima" Vazquez

Dear Friends and Family,
    Our beloved mother, Maria, has been battling cancer for the past year however with a heavy heart we regretfully advise that her condition has recently declined very rapidly and as a result has had to be placed in hospice care. We are now faced with the sad reality that our time together with her will soon be coming to an end. This past year she has valiantly endured surgeries as well as treatments and at no moment allowed the situation to waiver her faith in god or allowed it to change the person we have all connected with and loved in our lives.  She has maintained the sense of humor, love of life and courage that she has always displayed throughout her entire life. We are devastated by the news but rejoice in the time we have shared with her and are appreciative as we could not have been blessed with a more devoted, selfless and nurturing mother and friend.  

   Her health is declining very rapidly and we must now begin planning for her passing. We humbly ask for your help with any donation, large or small, to assist our family with her final preparations and that you please share her story with friends/family to assist in reaching our goal.

From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for all of your support as well as for the friendship you have provided our mother through the years. She will always carry you in her heart as I am sure she will be in yours as well.
