A new chapter of my life is about to begin, and I need your help to make it a reality! I will begin working for the State of Minnesota in October as an Assistive Technology Instructor. I’ll be teaching Seniors how to use their Adaptive Tech, going into their homes and helping them 1 on 1! I’m really excited about this new opportunity.
In order to make this transition as smooth as possible I need help from my friends and family. I have already received some donations outside of GoFundMe that should mostly pay the moving company, but there are other expenses that I still need help with.
I will be paying for a flight out to Minnesota on 9/16 and there will be application fees at the places I decide to go for. Chris and Kelly Peterson have offered to drive me around Minneapolis and St. Paul but there will be Gas to pay for. I’ll be taking Uber and or Cabs part of the time I’m there. I of course will need to eat while I’m roaming around trying to find a place. In the unfortunate case that I don’t find a place to stay during this first trip I’ll probably have to pay for storage. I also may incur hotel costs if I need to stay somewhere close to the job site. I’d also love it if I raised enough to cover the first and last month rent and security deposit.
