My name is Ankia Neptune, a veteran of the United States Army, appealing to the public to help my cousin Laverne Phillips who has a brain tumor.
Two nights ago I got a call from her sister, she told me that she is in the hospital and needs emergency surgery. We're raising money in St. Vincent also (where she is currently) to get her on her way to the U.S, but I will need the support of americans to help us further when she gets here.
The thing is folks, St. Vincent and the Grenadines is a country that is behind on medical training and technology. She has to be medically evacuated to save her life. I dont care if I raise $1,000 dollars or $100,000 dollars, my family will appreciate every bit of help that we can get for her.
The money will be used to pay any medical expenses that we incur for the surgery. What i'm asking for may not be enough but I dont want to put much burden on you. It takes a lot of me to ask for help, but I am now, because my family depends on it.
