Freya's Medical Expenses

Freya is a beautiful 2-year-old Japanese Spitz owned by my friend Malin and her husband Mike. Normally happy and full of energy, Freya is currently suffering from partial paralysis with a suspected spinal injury. She is unable to stand, walk, or even wee by herself and so far, medications have made no significant improvement to her condition.
Malin and Mike are understandably devastated, as the vet bills are mounting and they face the prospect of potentially thousands of dollars in specialist vet fees to diagnose and treat Freya's spinal issue. At the very least, Freya is likely to need an MRI scan at a cost of $3,000.
As well as the hundreds of dollars already spent on vet visits and medication for Freya, Malin and Mike have just (one week ago) had to spend $2,100+ on unexpected veterinary expenses for their beloved cat Emo, who required a major orthopaedic procedure after a terrible accident.
We are desperate to see Freya get better and would be incredibly grateful for any contribution, no matter how little. Thank you from us and from Freya
