This little boy, Tristan, could use your prayers and his parents, Sara & Matt Vanderwulp could use any help we can give them.
Tristan has been diagnosed with ALCAPA and had to have open heart surgery, he's only 3 months old!! -
He had the surgery but has one long road ahead and I would love to take a much needed load off the parents so they can focus on their baby's health.
The medical bills will be huge, so any little bit will help.
I formed a relationship with Tristan's parents before he was even born and I know they would be very grateful for any support we can help with. They are truly genuine people who could use our help!
