My mom's funeral expenses

As you may know, on sunday (7/24/16), I woke up to find out my mom passed away at age 72.
Thank you to all who have contributed thus far to help us get closer to our goal. We discovered that a proper burial is extremely expensive, unfortunately, came up way short prior to the arrangements, leaving us with the remaining financial burden. It meant a lot to us to honor her wish to be buried but we just couldnt afford to do that without help. We are happy and thankful that her wish was honored, as the funeral service was held 8/27/16, but we still have remaining costs and obligations, including the head stone. My dad has concerns regarding his wife's burial. The mission continues to reach the needed goal and is directed toward my parents, my mom who has already passed and alleviate much of the financial strain my dad, now widower, incurs (payments to credit card for the difference).
