BOYC Boat-a-Thon for Local EMTs

Help the Branched Oak Yacht Club raise money for the Malcolm Volunteer Fire Department and Raymond Fire and Rescue. These are the people who respond FIRST to emergency calls at Branched Oak Lake. When you hear sirens or see flashing lights from emergency vehicles and realize someone at the lake has had an accident, it's these volunteers who are first on the scene giving assistance!

Starting at 9 a.m., Saturday, August 6, members of the Branched Oak Yacht Club will spend 24 hours on their boats to raise awareness and money for for these volunteer departments.

Volunteers will be around the campgrounds and RV sites asking for donations from campers and boaters.

Help us reach our fund raising goal of $5000 to help support these departments with funding for equipment and other expenses.
