This is my friend Tanya - my soul sister and this is her story.

Just wanted to let my family and friends know that my test results are back and unfortunately I didn't receive good news. I have a very rare cancer in both lungs that has come from a skin cancer that wasn't removed properly.
It started in my skin and then went to my lymph nodes then into my blood and finally into my lungs. It is not curable or operable. I have been offered two treatments that would give me more time but would make me very ill. I have decided to enjoy the rest of my life with my family without any treatment as there is no cure.
I would appreciate everyone to respect my decision. Just so you know I am still alive and kicking and won't go without a fight.
Tanya is a and mother of 4 children and a wonderful nana to her first grandchild. Her family is everything to her.
I have known this lovely lady since 2001, as a friend and as a soul sister. We have lived close by and many miles apart however our friendship has not ever dimmed.
If you would have the pleasure to meet Tanya you would meet a lady with a massive heart always there for others. Always there no matter what. This lady has alway been selfless, a genourous and genuine heart. Normally Tanya would be organising the fund raisers for others she has helped or been there. Now she needs us.
Please help Tanya - her youngest is 6 years old and her eldest is 27. Could you all come together to help Tanya to spend some quality time with her family by making it possible for her to do a fgamily holiday or even taking the pressure off her with her journey ahead.
Tanya is a private lady, about her condition and its advancement this is due to her family and not wanting to create any more stress for those who love her.
Your generousity would be so appreciated if we could raise these funds over the coming months to enable her to have a presure free time to spend on her family and friends.
