Need a studio!!!

I am an artist who needs studio space!!! After a recent move I am looking to renovate my late fathers work shed and make it my creative space. This is the year I make art my full time job , as all my children are in school for the first time. Up until now I have grown a successful business, but with limited time and space it has only been a part time endeavour. This is my year to move ahead, and in order to do that I need space to create!! This will require much work!! Lifting the roof insulation, new doors and windows, finishing the interior and eventually adding a heat source and opening the doors to the public. Looking ahead to the future this is step one.
