Hero xavier

Xavier has a life threatening illness,everyday of his life is a struggle has been since birth, his at hsp great ormond street 3-4times a week for life saving treatment without this he would die He also needs to attend 2 other hospitals for care, he wants to see his hero's buzz lightyear,ironman and spiderman which is why we are raising funds for him any help would truly be appreciated xx
