A Reception for Two Crazy Kids

Hello! My name is Elisa James.  I have a lovely daughter and soon to be son-in-law. They wilI be getting married in September which is only about a month and a half away from now. 

They will be having a very simple ceremony with just the immediate family and no reception.  What??!! No reception??!!! 

This is breaking my heart! I desperately want to give these two a party! They need to have a first dance, a toast, cut the cake, throw the bouquet and garter.  All that good stuff!

But I need a little help from anybody out there who might have a few extra dollars for this good cause. 
This little party will hopefully be the beginning of a lifetime of great times and happy memories.

I have to really hustle at this late date to get something together and need the donations by mid August. The money will be used for how every I end up getting this party going (renting a hall, catering, food if I have to cook myself, decorations, DJ, etc). I will make it as nice as I can.

I've heard of GoFundMe and never thought in a million years I would every use it. I'm a very simple person and usually say if I can't afford it, I won't do it, or get it.  But this is something that I feel must happen!

I will be so very grateful (and amazed) for any funds that can be raised on this platform.
