My wife, Sissy Ward, has been diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma, basaloid type; located in the rectal area.
Sissy is 45 years old, and our son, Marshall, was born when she was 40; and he is the light of her life, being her first and only baby.
We live in Mena, Arkansas, and Sissy's treatments are administered at St Vincent's in Hot Springs, Arkansas, 80 miles away from our home. We survive on my disability benefits; and our budget doesn't allow any wiggle room for a major life event like this.
