Gatlyns Fight to Beat the Odds

Gatlyn Tobias Schrock is a 4 year old boy who has been fighting to beat the odds since he was just 20 weeks old in his mamma's belly. With the help from the big guy upstairs, Gatlyn has done just that and has been an undeniable miracle for everyone to witness. In just his 4 short years here so far he has beat the following:
-8 weeks in his Mammas belly with only 1cm of amniotic fluid -48 days on a ventilator
-186 days in the NICU
-necrotizing entercolitis, resulting in over half his small intestine to be removed
-feeding tubes for the first 3 years, and still has just not actively using
- 3 months in head helmet
- many Doctor and Therapy appointments to count
-12 weeks of ankle castings
-3 Botox injections (12-16 pokes each time)
-walker as he was told he would most likely not walk without it
This time he needs your help beating the odds! Gatlyn has been selected as a candidate for a procedure called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy. This is a life changing procedure for those diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Unfortunately, insurance has denied the out of state procedure for Gatlyn. Myself and many others thought why not let Gatlyn and his parents take a little breather in this fight and we tap in. Together, I know we can help in some way, big or small, climb the $35,044 mountain that him and his family have in front of them.
