Please Help Me Save This Puppy

Ok NOW is the time for me to finally ask EVERYONE that has a heart to please help ME! Help me help this PUPPY! He's just six months old and he needs our help! He's been owner surrendered and in a safe place. He will need vetting and care, and lots of love, and a permanent foster. He has what appears to be mange and will get to the vet on Monday then I'll know what the cost of his care will be. I need everyone to please chip in even if it's a dollar. PLEASE, he needs our help. I know we can all do this together.
