Chris Ivey's Cremation Services

Donation protected
Glen Cable and Jennifer Bradley are trying to raise enough money for a dear friend's cremation service. His name is Chris Ivey, one of the greatest steele guitar players in the Sacramento area. For many years he fought and overcame leukoemia & throat cancer 3 times and through all the ups, downs, chemo, radaition he managed to keep a great attitude about the whole situation. Unfortunately the 4th time was the last as he passed away the evening of July 4th. There isn't a lot you can do for a family during these tragic times, but easing something like a financial stressor is a great help. One less thing for his daughter (who just lost her mother the day after Christmas last year) & his girlfriend to have to worry about right now would bring Chris and his family many blessings. I would like to ask anyone that can help to please reach out to some very dear people with anything they can. I'm sure they would like to start making plans and putting Chris to rest as soon as they can so the amount of appreciation we all would have for your help can not be put into words. I thank each and every one of you for taking the time to read my story  and your help.

As a personal touch (kind of an inside joke (that I don't know if many will understand) I raised the goal slightly because Chris had a thing about the number 11 11 so I thought it would be cute to be able to hand over $1111 to his family, so I figure that this new goal was a good number after the fees get taken out.
