First, i want introduce myself.
My name is Amra Beso, and i am living in Vancouver, Washington.
I am trying to raise a money for medical treatment for my little cousin named Ajdin Zigonja who is 6 years old .
Ajdin will have a spine surgery in few months but his parents don't having enough money to cover all medical expenses.
I am asking all people here in Vancouver, Portland and all around the world where gofund.me is acceptable to help me and his parents raise the money for Ajdin's surgery.
Below is a story about Ajdin and his family, Ajdin's father send to me to make campaign for his sweet son.

The story from Elvis Zigonja
My name is Elvis Zigonja,i am 31 year old. I am married and my wife`s name is Dzenana Omicevic Zigonja 29 year old.
We have two sons named Ajdin 6 years old and Emin 4 years old.
We need help from good people all over the world for our son Ajdin who was born on 12/02/2010.
Ajdin was born with cleft spine( spina bifida occulta) Malformationes multiplices congenitales,St. Post op spin bifidae ocultae dyastematomyelia,tethered cord,pes equinovarus.
Currently Ajdin is 6 years and 4 month old.
So far Ajdin`s medical treatment in B&H wasn`t been satisfactory.
Since Ajdin was born, he had five surgery in B & H ,which did not help him that much unfortunately.
Ajdin had a hernia surgery 3 times, then Achilles tendon surgery to correct foot and had a surgery on his spine to stop the spinal gap in July 2011 . That was the most difficult surgery. Unfortunately, that wasn`t done well either.
Then we heard about Acibadem clinic in Turkey and we took our kid to that clinic .
In Acibadem Clinic , MD (dr) Ozek did a check up on our son Ajdin and he established a numbers of irregularities in Ajdin`s treatments in B & H and his independence was threatened, which means his lower body could be paralysis because the spinal cord could brake any moment.
After a series of Succes stories and fund raising all over Bosnia and whole world for Ajdin`s surgery , Ajdin had a surgery at the Acibadem clinic in Turkey in November 26 /2015.
The surgery went well,thanks God, and the most importantly ,the spinal cord was rescued and thanks to God again, Ajdin will remain on his feet, which was our goal.
The surgery, hospital costs,accomodation and transportation was costed around 30,000 euros and we did not get any support from our state B & H. On all our requests and demands we were rejected.
But first thanks to God who was with us all the time and he is still with us, and thanks to all good people here in Bosnia and in whole world with money support who helped us to raise all this money we payed for Ajdin's medical treatment.
Ajdin will have more surgeries( operations) because Ajdin has the visible scoliosis and with the surgery they gonna correct spinal column and install a fixture which will keep his spine.
After his check up( control) on may18/2016 Dr. Slim and his team issued a conclusion that the spinal cord is good,thanks to God, and Ajdin was recovered well after the surgery. The most of muscles to knee is active and now they have to work on leg strenthening and legs muscles.
But now there are problems again and what is worrying, scoliosis is more pronunced than last time and the Doctor has advised us that before next check up in November 2016, we have to do all lab tests and other tests results on Ajdin in our State and send him to the clinic in Turkey. After he gets all Ajdin`s results,he will evaluate the situation and determine surgery date for correcting Ajdin`s spinal. We were told that the surgery cost would be around 45,000.00 euros and that in Ajdin`s operation will participate more doctors. Before the surgery Ajdin has to do physical exercises, spas to strenghten Ajdin`s muscles below the knee to prepare Ajdin .We hope in God`s help and that this surgery will be the last in his life and that after this surgery he will be able to walk normaly as all other kids, without pain.
We do not have a financial support for this surgery , and our goverment will not help us at all . But, we have hope in God's mercy and good people all over the world to help us raise the money for our son Ajdin .
For any amount of donation for our son,we will be the most thankful!
For everything till now ,for every surgery on Ajdin`s body, we did not get any help from our guverment, all the financial support we get, was from humanitarian actions and from good people.

Zovem se Elvis Zigonja, imam 31 godinu, ozenjen sam sa Dzenanom Omicevic Zigonja koja ima 29 godina.
Mi imamo dva sina Ajdin 6 godina i Emin 4 godine.
Ajdin je rodzen u Februara 12/2010 god. sa dijagnozom rascijep kicmenog stuba. Ajdin trenutno ima 6 godina i 4 mjeseca.
Dosadasnje lijecenje koje je vodzeno u nasoj drzavi Bosni nije na zadovoljavajucem nivou.
Ajdin je imao 5 operacija koje nazalost nisu urodile plodom.
Ajdin je operisao 3 puta kilu ili bruh, takodze je operisao i ahilovu tetivu da bi se ispravila nogica. U julu 2011 operisao je kicmu, jednu od najtezih operacija da bi se zaustavio rascjep kicmenog posta koja na zalost nije uradzena dobro i to smo saznali na pregledu na klinici Acibadem u Turskoj gdje smo svog sina odnijeli na nasu inicijativu sumnjajuci u dosadasnje lijecenje u nasoj zemlji.
Na pregledu na klinici Acibadem kod dr ozeka je ustanovljeno niz nepravilnosti u Ajdinovom lijecenju i cak mu je prijetila paraliza donjeg tijela ,jer kicmena mozdina je mogla da pukne svaki momenat.
Nakon niza uspjesnih akcija u prikupljanju sredstava za Ajdinovu operaciju, Ajdin je operisan Novembra 11.2015 na klinici Acibadem u Turskoj.
Operacija je prosla dobro i sto je najvaznije kicmena mozdina je spasena i Ajdin ce ostati hvala Allahu na nogama,sto nam je i bio cilj.
Operacija,bolnicki troskovi,smjestaj i prevoz su nas kostali oko 30.000 eura i mi nismo imali nikakvu pomoc od nase drzave .Na sve zahtjeve i molbe smo odbijeni.
Ajdin ce imati jos operacija jer Ajdin ima vidnu Skoliozu , a operacijom ce se ispraviti kicmeni stub i ugraditi fiksator koji ce drzati kicmu.
Nakon obavljene kontrole Maja 18 / 2016, dr Ozek je sa svojim timom donio zakljucak da je kicmena mozdina hvala dragom Allahu dobro i Ajdin se odlicno oporavio nakon operacije. Vecina misica do koljena je aktivna i sad slijedi jacanje podkoljenica i njihovih misica.
Ono sto je zabrinjavajuce ,SKOLIOZA je jos izrazenija nego prosli put i doktor je savjetovao da do slijedece kontrole koja je zakazana za novembar 2016 mi uradimo snimke u Bosni i da posaljemo doktoru Ozeku .On ce po tome ocijeniti stanje i najvjerovatnije odrediti datum operacije koja je neophodna za ispravljanje Ajdinove kicme. Receno nam je da ce operacija kostati oko 45.000.00 eura i da ce na operaciji ucestvovati tim doktora. Sad nam predstoje fizikalne vjezbe, banje i sve za jacanje Ajdinovih misica ispod koljena da bi se Ajdin pripremio ako Bog da za nadamo se zadnju operaciju u njegovom zivotu i da bi mogao normalno da hoda.
Ni za ovu operaciju mi nemamo nikakvu pomoc od drzave, ali se uzdamo u Boziju pomoc i u pomoc dobrog naroda da se prikupi dovoljno da se Ajdin operise.
Za svu dosad pomoc u nasoj borbi nismo dobili nikakvu pomoc od drzave , sve smo uspjeli uz pomoc humanitarnih akcija i dobrog naroda.
