Save Bailey’s Life

Hello!!! First and foremost, this is not my dog - she doesnt belong to anyone. But, I decided to name her Bailey. I came across Bailey on a dirt road, not moving too much. When I got out of my car to take a closer look, I came face to face with the giant tumor (or hernia) hanging from her belly. My heart shattered. Her ribs poked out begging to be fed, and I knew I had to do something. Her willingness to walk was poor, so my 5’3” self carried her up into the back of my car. She didnt even fight me. I am a college student who can barely afford a tank of gas, and I am begging at this point for help. She has a vet appointment on Saturday, and after that I don’t know how much her life is going to cost me - but I’ll go in debt before I left her die. 
I don’t have the space, or temperminded dogs to keep her in my home. If you, or someone you know is willing to take her in (all care covered) this is my number 3052978086. 
I will feed her, bathe her, take her on walks. I just need someone with the space to give her a place to sleep.
