Matt Prestin Facial Reconstruction

My nephew, Matthew Prestin is 17 and he's the 2nd oldest of 9 children. Matt and the older boys were helping their dad cut down a tree and the tree hit another tree and that tree came down on Matthew's head. He was air lifted to the U of M in Ann Arbor and they saved his life! He's going to need facial reconstrution surgery as all his teeth on one side of his mouth were knocked out in the accident. His dad has been sick lately and they have a lot of medical bills already. His parents are just sick about this. They want to do everything they can to help Matthew regain his health and go back to being a regular kid.  Matthew is a wonderful boy! Always helpful and kind. He is in the band at Napoleon High School and attends computer classes at the Jackson Area Career Center. Any thing you can donate would be appreciated and everything will go towards Matthew's care and rehabilitation.  Thank you!!
Matt's father, Edward Prestin, is the beneficiary so that he can pay the doctor's for Matthew's rehabilitation and new teeth.
