Save my dad's house

My father can't work anymore He's 62 years old and waiting for his social security to come in, sometime later this month. All of his bills are backed up 2 or 3 months and he's been getting cut off notices from the water, gas and electric companies that are beforehis first social security check comes in. I don't make enough to ensure his health. $750 won't completely pay the bills but it will be enough to keep things from getting cut off and we can work on repairing and cleaning the house and yard before the property is condemned.
