Ross and Sandra were two of the 16 passengers on board the hot air balloon that crashed on July 30, 2016 in Lockhart, TX.
Ross and Sandra were well known around Wimberley as a gracious, loving couple and recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary together.
Sandra is an absolute sweetheart and a caring spirit, with not a single cell of controversy or hostility in her body. She is very easy going, has a strong love of music, wildlife and nature. Sandra is also very artistic and enjoyed Wimberley for its natural areas and wildlife. Sandra spent the last 25 years working at the Department of Aging and Disability Services for the state of Texas.
Ross lived in Wimberley for nearly 40 years running his own land preparation business built on a foundation of fairness, integrity and dedication to his craft and clients. Ross never met a stranger and was loved by all who came across his path - impacting many people throughout the Wimberley area over the years. Ross loves being surrounded by nature, fishing, helping others, and spending time with his family and friends.
