My Fiance's Funeral

Donation protected
I lost the love of my life recently in a bad accident, He was killed by a drunk driver while riding his motorcycle on the way home. He was just a block away from making it when he was struck at an intersection. We were together that night just a couple hours before his death. He wanted to take me out after I had a rough day at work, so I agreed got dressed and we went. After those couple of hours went by I was getting tired and ready to go home. I kept asking to leave since it was getting late. after awhile he finally agreed. I had driven my car there while he had taken his harley. He walked with me to the car and explained to me how to get back home ( I had followed him there ) he said he would meet me back at home. And just before I left he told me he had to use the restroom and told me to go on ahead he would see me there. So I left, made it home around 2am. I waited and waited. hours went by. I didn't hear from him.. initially i didn't worry because Kevin was known to come home later than he said so I went to bed. The next morning I woke up and instantly new something was wrong, then I got the call. The call nobody ever wants to get. It was a police officer asking If I knew Kevin Terry. I was confused and couldn't understand why he was asking me weird questions like that. Then he had asked if I had seen the news. At that moment I knew my fiance was dead. I said no and what I heard next I still can not believe. He told me my fiance had been killed at 2;15 am just up the road a ways from our home. He was literally right behind me on his way home. He was only 15mins behind me. All it took was those 15mins to pass for my life to be changed forever. My fiance never made it home to me. I never got to say goodbye. he was my best friend, my defender, my angel, my reason for living.  I need to be able to remember him with a beautiful memorial service, because he meant so much to so many.  He was the best friend anyone could have. He gave from his heart every day to those he loved.  I want all those he touched to be able to say one last goodbye to kevin so that he may rest in peace knowing all his friends and family will never forget what a beautiful soul he was.
