Help us send Thomas Jr home right

Thomas Frazier Jr started with a fever on August 9,2016.. Which he had for 8 days... We took him to the er on the 5 th day which then they transferred him to UC Davis. They advise he had a staph infection which the bacteria has gone into his blood stream. On August the 18th that night his body started shutting down.. Where he was put on life support... The doctors tried their best to do what they could for him at UC Davis.. Sunday morning they transferred him to Standford where he passed Sunday night. I'm so heart broken and feels so lost now that he has been called home. He took him in his arms because his job on earth was done. It is now time for him to go home to live with Him in Heaven where he will feel no more pain. Now it's just time to watch over me, your dad and sisters. We love you with everything in us son and will never forget you. Rest easy baby boy and I'll see you when I get there. 5/23/08 - 8/21/16.. Please help us send our baby boy home right.
