Jim Faragher

Hollywood handsome and cowboy tough, always quick to brighten your day with a joke and a smile (and unfortunately sometimes a picture).  First guy to step up and volunteer when you need a hand…..has done so much for so many.  Handsome Jim, having had emergency back surgery to remove a disc and stem significant nerve damage to his lower extremities, is currently in Toronto at Bridgepointe Rehabilitation Centre recovering from  surgery and starting on what will likely be a very long rehabilitation.  Jim has a big fight on his hands, and I believe the silver lining in all of this is the opportunity it provides us to acknowledge what Jim has meant to all of us.  While Jim does have sick leave, it is only a percentage of his normal income, expenses for Jim and family have  significantly increased as a result of what will be a long hospital stay.  Our wish for Jim is the ability to focus 100% on his health and rehabilitation efforts, not on financial stress!  Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated, and please also post encouraging comments to keep Jim’s spirits up
