Help with travel expenses and medical

Hello I am 44 and in renal failure, I have made a facebook page to help find a donor and did a story with my local news, I have had people willing to be tested. I am now looking for funds to help with the travel expense that will be adding up. Plus money to help with any medical bills that were not covered due to my insurance. I am a husband, father and volunteer emt, I am no longer able to do the firefighting anymore. I am trying to get back to work before I permanently loose my job. So please help, thanks in advance.
