Help Save A Vietnam Veterans Home

My family is trying to raise funds to help my neighbor clean up his property. He is an elderly man and a veteran who cannot physcally do this. My family simply does not have the means to help him. The property is covered with over grown trees and weeds. The chimney has completely detached from the home and the pool needs a complete overhaul as it is moldy and  swampy. 

I have contacted the township we live in and the only option availble would be to report him and have an inspector come to the house. Doing this would likely lead to fines being levied and him and his wife being evicted  from the property and having the house condemned.

I do not want to see this man and his wife booted out of their home. Therefore I am asking for help to save his house. 

My wife and I would coordinate the recovery of the property with local contractors and all the money will go to the costs associated with the clean up of the property.
