Gonic Fire Fund

On June 19th 2016 (Father's Day), Gonic (Rochester), New Hampshire suffered a fire that devastated two buildings and slightly damaged a third.  When firefighters and first responders arrived on scene, they numbered the buildings 'one', 'two', and 'three'.  Building number one was an apartment building with six units occupied, building number two contained Phagins Restaurant and twoupstairs apartments and building number three had one residential tenant and two commercial tenants.  Buildings number one and two were completely destroyed by the fire while building number three survived the fire, but has sustained structural damage.  The Rochester Chief commented that this was one of the toughest fires he had seen in his career, reaching an unheard of 7-alarms.

The companies Renaissance Firearms and Renaissance Signs has established this Go Fund Me account with $1000 in seed money to help those who have lost their homes due to the fire.  All proceeds will be administered by Holy Rosary Parish, NH and will be distributed fairly.  Neither Renaissance Firearms nor Renaissance Signs will receive any of the funds; our intention is to help the folks who have lost their home, property and memories.  This fund is being established by concerned friends in the community to help these individuals get back on their feet and replace the things so many of us take for granted.
