Help Us Get Out Of This Apartment

Please help my Family get out of this Apartment. The Landlord is refusing to take care of their Apartment. When we moved in we did not know it had "Bed Bugs" !!!! They have refused to get it taken care of !!! What it has cost us is a lot of my things getting ruined !!! Now we have to replace things we lost !! Time to get out of this Apartment !!!
