On June 17th 2016, 3 and 1/2 year old Fletcher 'Bomber' Bailey Hergenhan tragically passed away.
It was a horrifically devastating accident as he was hit by a pantech truck right outside his home.
This beautiful and cheeky blonde-haired little boy brought joy and love to the hearts of hundreds of people. A bight ray of sunshine, always happy, Bomber had a smile to light up the world.
For now Lexy, Carl and Caitlyn are wrapped in love and surrounded by their family and friends, and as a couple are miraculously uniting together and are maintaining a strength through this most tragic time in their lives. Lex and Carl's burden won’t be an easy one to bare and it will be one they carry forever. It is going to be a massive adjustment for their precious little family.
Funerals are expensive, and Lexy and Carl don't even know where to begin. I thought it would be nice if we, as their friends and wider community could join forces, and bank accounts and raise some money to help them out with the financial burden that comes with preparing a funeral.
If you feel the urge to give, please do so NOW! As they need help as soon as possible, this family will appreciate your support, however big or small, EVERY dollar counts right now!
We can already see how far the rays of Bomber are reaching so let’s help the sunshine of this beautiful boy spread further and unite with them on their long journey. Lexy and Carl's pain is incomprehensible, and 3 and a ½ is just too young to die.
