On June 14, 2016 our family lost our house to a tragic fire. Our family has lived in this house since 1973. It is a very hard thing to watch your house being destroyed and to feel so helpless.
My parents, Rolando and Marisa (who are both in their 80's), came to this country in 1961 and worked hard to build a life here. This has been our family house since we were very young and holds many memories and treasures that can never be replaced.
Luckily my parents, son, and our pets all made it out safely, but our house is destroyed.
Anything would be helpful to help us get back on our feet and start to rebuild our lives. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.
