Zach Caruso's medical bills

We are raising money for our very good friend and colleague Zach Caruso. Zach has played a very core role at our business from day one and is considered family by everyone here.
Zach was born with an incurable and extremely rare virus that affects his respiratory system that most if not all of our customers never knew about. He's had over 130 surgeries on his throat from the time he was only 3 1/2 months old and his last surgery was just 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately, it was recently discovered the virus spread to his lungs, and he is required to have a softball size mass of his lung removed this coming July. Zach will be in the hospital for 3 - 4 days to have the procedure performed and will be off work 5 - 8 weeks after that for recovery.
The money raised will go directly to Zach's family and will be used to help pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance as well as the out-of-town travel expenses they have been incurring for all the hospital visits. We need to do everything we can to raise the money for his family in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
If you know Zach well, you'll know he is not one to ask for help, and we're hoping he won't be upset that we are doing this on his behalf. Zach is the guy that always drops anything he's doing to help others. Please help us help Zach who has done so much for those around him.
