As some of you know I am Chelsea's cousin Melissa with her permission I have created this account to help with any unexpected financial burdens during this most difficult time.
A beloved husband and father, Shay Arney's life was cut short, leaving behind a wife and young son; Chelsea and little Leon. Chelsea isn't one to ask for much but anything you may be able to help with financially would be greatly appreciated as she is going through this most difficult time.
