17 yr old Double Lung Transplant

Nicole Vasquez has been battling Pulmonary Hypertension since she was diagnosed at 4 years old. This diagnosis has prohibited her from living a normal active childhood. 24 hours a day she has to be on IV medication that is very expensive.
Since her diagnosis we have been seeing specialist in New York. This requires a trip from South Carolina to New York every 3 months. Her medical expenses are very costly, not to mention travel expenses. Her health is deteriorating and is in need of a lung transplant. I am asking for help because I am her mother with only one income. The cost of all her needs before and after the transplant exceeds what the insurance will cover. The extra expenses include relocation for up to a year, medicine before and after the transplant, nursing care, and follow up visits. My daughter Nicole needs this transplant and the hospital will only do it if we have a certain amount of money in an account to help maintain the transplant, in order for the transplant to be successful. I'm praying that you can help my daughter, she truly needs this transplant. Any amount isn't too small.
