Hello this is Matthew (Mateo). He is a 12-year-old Little League and USSSA baseball payer, who was a direct choice to play in the USSSA All American Games!!! The games are being held in Orlando, Florida, which is a long way away from New Mexico. He will be representing the Midwest Region.
Mateo has been interested in baseball since he was a todler. His big brother needed a pitcher for practice and little Mateo started throwing balls and started falling in love with the game.
When Mateo was 5-years-old his parents signed him up to play at West Mesa Little League. Surrounded by the other players and great coaches Mateo began his baseball career.
Just three short years later Mateo was picked to play on a USSSA club team called the Defenders, this in addition to his regular ball with West Mesa Little League.
Mateo and his family humbly request your donation to send him to Florida to take part in a once in a lifetime opportunity to play ball at the highest level in his age group.
