My Yukon River Quest for the BHF
Donation protected
I am André le Geyt and I am doing the Yukon River Quest, the world's longest annual canoe and kayak race.
The quest starts on the 29th June, 715 km / 444 miles from Whitehorse to Dawson City, Yukon, Canada.
Paddlers come from around the world to test their endurance, racing day and night to the Klondike on one of North America’s great rivers.
The quest is open to solo, tandem, voyager canoes and kayaks, and this year an experimental class of 12 Standup Paddelers has been allowed. I was selected as one of the lucky 12, and I have been intensely training since December.
I am raising funds for The British Heart Foundation Jersey Branch, and towards covering some of my costs. All donations will be split 50/50.
Thank you for your support, André.
