Chachi's Rescue Journey

Please help Chachi on her road to recovery and her new journey to her forever home!


This sweet little girl was found with her baby pups on the streets of Puerto Rico she was hit by a car with broken legs and exposed bones. She was laying in pain still feeding her babies until a good samaratin contacted Save a Sato and alerted them of Chachi with her babies. She was rushed to the emergency hospital, Unfortunetly they could not save her leg and it had to be amputated. Her rear leg was also broken and was able to be saved with surgical screws. She has been on a long road of recovery and rehabiliation.




Luckily for Chachi I have been following her story and since I have a super soft spot for rescuing adult dogs with health requirements decided she needed to come to New York for her new life! She has been through so much and deserves a loving home to be spoiled and rehabiliated! Adult dogs are usually the ones people look past and unfortunetly don't get adopted quickly. These dogs have been through so much and are so grateful and appreciative of their new homes.

We will be traveling to Puerto Rico,  visiting the shelter, dropping off our donations and bringing Chachi home!

I'm hoping with all your help we can raise enough money to help Save a Sato cover all her past medical expenses.  She's had numerous x-rays, surgery, bandage changes, medicine, vaccines. Her babies all still need flights to the United States so they can be adopted.  She still needs to be spayed and rehabiliation as her new life as a tripawd.
