You're Not Alone Rescue Services

Because of what happened to me, I want to make sure that no one has to ever feel the way I did. With the help of other concerned individuals, You're Not Alone Rescue Services (YNARS1) is born! I shudder to think about young girls who go to Las Vegas and other destinations throughout the USA and for whatever the reason (disagreement between friends, boyfriend, etc.) are left stranded with nowhere to turn. They trust the wrong person and end up in the slave trade or are abused in other ways or killed.... We have begun operating in San Diego, CA and need funds to operate here as well as in other cities throughout America!

YNARS1 was started for people who are away from home and find themselves alone with nowhere to go. However, we want to be a resource for anyone who needs our services.   To date we have done four rescues here in San Diego and it gives me so much joy to experience the relief people feel to know that kindness still exists in the world.

This is my story:  My sister, my niece and I went to Las Vegas for an extended weekend vacation. We got along well and had a good time.   I ran out of money and neitherof them would give me a loan, which was weird.

I went onto the Strip and ran into a man (Cameron) in a  suit in 89 degree heat passing out flyers and bracelets. I asked him if he needed help.   He responded that he did so I agreed to work the next morning.   My niece agreed to take my luggage to the car when they checked out and said we would be leavng between 2 and 3pm.   At 2pm my niece texted me and said they were ready to go and they would come and pick me up so we could head out   I got another text from my sister exclaiming that her daughter had to go to work the next day and that I needed to be more considerate.    It's about 3pm now.  I told her to please be patient and that I was on my way.  When I got to where they were, I realized I didn't have my phone.  OMG!!!   When I got to my phone, I texted Julie and told her I was on the way.  She said they were on the 15 Freeway headed back to San Diego.   I was devastated.  I called my sister, Lynda and told her what  happened and that I was stranded.   I was so embarrassed and felt like a big fool standing there balling with no tissue.  I went in the restroom and when I came back out, Cameron was still there asking what he could do to help!!!    Lynda agreed  to help me pay for a room, however Cameron got in touch with his superiors at the Westgate Resort and they gave me a complimentary suite, a free tablet, free dinner, free breakfast, essentially everything that I needed to be comfortable for the night.  All I could think about was that these people have never met me in their life and they are doing all of this for me - another human being!   I can never repay them for the superb way they engaged themelves to help me!  But I can help others!

Please give freely! You will not regret it. Your money will be used wisely and held close.   We willl provide security, lodging, internet accessibility, food and transportation costs to get people home and/or to safety.  Help us save our children and senior citizens as well as others who are in need.   Today, my one imperative is to help others who find themselves stranded and all alone in unfamiliar areas!!!

I have to pay the great treatment I received from Westgate Resort personnel foward.  It is just wrong for anyone to be in the situation I was in with no where to turn.  YNARS1 is here to help and we are here to stay!

Thanks for listening to my story!  It is an edited version due to the original being so long.  I am happy to share the original when requested!
