Chris is a north Idaho local that enjoys taking advantage of what it has to offer year round. He’s spends his work days as the lead climber and Forman for Grace tree service in Hayden Idaho. Chris climbs trees so tall that even birds look at him and get a bit nervous. If that doesn’t sound dangerous enough, he runs chainsaw while he’s up there. Chris took this job to “settle down” after leaving his job as firefighter helitack Forman for the department of lands.
After work he’s still outdoors and it doesn’t matter what time of year it is, It just means he’s on a different machine. If he’s not on a bike or sled, he’s arm and arm with his loving fiancé and her daughter that he thinks the world of.
On august 11th 2018 chris was racing arena cross at the coeur d’ Alene fairgrounds, when came up short on tabletop breaking both ankles. He is no stranger to injuries and knows that when you push your mind and body to it’s limits their can be repercussions. Chris is strong individual and will work tirelessly to get back on his feet in no time. However chris has spent the majority of his adult life helping, supporting and caring for everyone around him, without ever needing or wanting acknowledgment. That kind of selflessness is a rare bread now a days , and it’s time we all help return the favor!
