Let's Help Jack Get Mobile

This is my nephew Jack. He is the sweetest little guy, he is full of life and he defiantly knows how to light up a room.
Jack is a 5 years old boy who will be starting kindergarten in the fall, which is both exciting and nerve wrecking for his family.
You see, Jack was born with a few challenges. He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy very early in his life, which means his muscles don't quit work the way they are suppose to. He also had extra cerebral spinal fluid caused by an arachnoid cyst. So Jack had a shunt placed prematurely in his head. However, Jack is a fighter and a warrior and came through his surgery at the IWK stronger and braver.
Jack is now at an age and weight were it is required for his mom and dad to purchase a van that is designed for wheelchairs.
There has been many finacial costs to Amy and Josh over the last 5 years because everything that is needed for Jack is expensive. They both work so hard to make sure he gets the help or the equipment needed.
They ask for nothing but need so much. If I can just do one thing to help them, it is to help lighten the finical burden they have weighing on them now . I am trying to raise enough money to help cover some of the cost of a wheelchair accessible van that their family needs.
All I am asking is if people are able to give donation, big or small, would they consider helping my sisters family. I cannot express how much it would be appreciated.Thank you so much for just taking the time to read this.
