ACCESS Youth NEEDS an outreach bus

WE NEED YOUR HELP IN HELPING STREET YOUTH:
Our outreach bus is breaking down often and preventing us in serving at-risk street youth throuhg outreach.
Our Award-winning mobile outreach program relies on shuttle buses to do our work - providing street outreach to vulnerable youth. We convert shuttle buses into drop in centres and travel to where youth are 7pm to midnight on weekend evenings providing support and services (cloths, food, drug education, sexual health education, referrals to community resources, and much more. WE CONNECT WITH OVER 2000 STREET INVOLVED YOUTH A YEAR. WE SAVE LIVES. Our current bus is close to being unusable and we need to replace it. We cannot afford to do ongoing repairs to the used buses we get. Being a non profit and receiving NO ongoing funding, we rely on grants, donations and fundraisers. PLEASE help us raise the funds to buy a new bus.
We have operated for over 12 years and have gone through 4 used buses that cost us a huge amount of maitenance upgrades because they have been used. Our goal is to use the funds raised purchase a NEW bus that will LAST, have very little maitenance, and offer security to our staff who travel the community late evening nights.
The youth of the communities e serve RELY on our program and the bus showing up to help. We have SAVED LIVES, DECREASED CRIME, ASSITED YOUTH GET OFF THE STREET, HELPED YOUTH STOP DRUG USE, and continued to let youth know they are valued and cared for.
YOUR HELP will assist us in purchasing a reliable shuttle bus that will serve us for manyyears and provide us the security to know we will be out every weekend helping street youth.
