Eli, 28 YO, needs heart transplant

Eli is 28 years old with congestive heart failure. While receiving SSI as his sole income he could not acquire Medicaid. He has had heart failure for two years and has maintained a very healthy lifestyle. Friday he went into his doctors for potassium and is now in a critical state. Without a heart he wont make it. We are asking for prayers and donations. Please share his story so that he might have a chance to live his life to the fullest. May god bless anyone that helps and keeps him in their prayers.
